MS quota- info needed urgent

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me that,
Is it necessary to be in OPT/F-1 status in order to apply for H1b under MS quota Or Anyone from anywhere around the globe, who had got an MS degree from US can apply under the quota anytime???

Did you not ask the question earlier? I would expect people with a MS from US to be able to read the posts posted earlier than repeat the same questions. If it is urgent, try finding your previous post. It ain't that hard.

For one last time, there is no OPT requirement and anyone/anywhere with an advanced degree from US qualifies under the 20k.
