B1 Visa received from company X

I recevied B-1/B-2 visa for 10 years from my last organization details are as under :

Visa Type/Class : R B1/B2
Enteries : Multiple
Annotation : Clearance recived on date x/x/x

My questions are :

1: can i use this VISA to travel US for my current organization?
2: what are the documents that i need to carry, that i may need to show at PORT of ENTRY?

your suggestions will be well appreciated ...
