My parents visa got rejected twice in last 3 years. This year july 1st my mother went and she got 10 years. My dad went july 7th and his visa got rejected. I have taken the appointment in sep 15th for my dad.

I am planning to take letter from senator and invite my mother here first. We will show both senator letter and mother's document to prove that she already came here and with return tickets.

I would like know does senator letter will really help?

But why did not both of your parents go together?

Someone suggested if they go separate they have better chance to get visa.

There is anything else we can do get visa for him. I really want to invite my dad here.
