RFE on L1 extension

Thanks for all the suggestions. Finally I got my L1 extension approved after the RFE.

Can you please let me know when was the RFE filed and when was your L1 extension approved ? I am in the same boat and have not received a response from USCIS and its almost 2 months now .

When I got the RFE, USCIS had given me 1 month to response to the RFE . In fact my attorney replied on the last day . It was updated in the USCIS site the next day itself and the status was Response received and case resumed.On the 14 th day( it was normal processing-I have not upgraded to premium) I got the response from them saying that Approved and Approval notice sent. After reading other posts here in this forum, I was expecting some soft LUD's but nothing happened. Mine was approved with out any LUD's in between.

15 Days Premium RFE Filing response

Hi, Could someone please tell me this 15 days premium RFE filing response is, 15 Calander days(2 Weeks) or 15 business days(3 Weeks). My RFE was filled as premium and its been more than 15 days and I did not recieve any response. Its still in the same status RFE response review.
