Can I add my spouse?

My employer has started my GC process and is in first stage currently awaiting for approval of PERM.

I've gotten married since this process began and want to know the following:

1. Can I add my wife to this green card application?
2. Can I add her if she doesn't currently live in the US or do I have to wait till she comes to the US?
3. How do I add her to the application?
4. Will this delay my application processing time?

She is currently overseas awaiting her H-4 approval.

Your wife does not enter the GC process until the last stage wiz. filing I-485 adjustment of status.

Wouldn't that be when I concurrently file the I-140 and I-485 that she would need to be included?

Yes, if you are filing 485 concurrently with I140. To file 485 with 140, your PD has to be current.
