Hello, I require insurance for a period of 19 months for the United States. The incurance must include the following: MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVELS OF COVER: (WHILE PARTICIPANT IS WORKING AND TRAVELLING IN CANADA/USA) • The participant is insured from the date of entry into Canada or the US right up to and including date of departure. • Medical Expenses: €2.5 million (EURO) • Personal Accident: €38,000 (EURO) • Repatriation and Medical Evacuation is adequate and provided for the insured within the above Medical Expenses limit. I was attempting to place the insurance policy via the website but I see the maximum length of coverage is 12 months. I require a 19 month cover for the period 09/22/08 to 03/30/10.

Can you please tell me how I can go about putting this policy in place and how much it would cost based on the info below? Also can I make policy payments on a monthly basis trather than making one outright payment?
