Individual insurance in Virginia

In my work I do not have insurance, but I would like to have one for medical, monthly would be ok, please if it can cover surgeries, in case an accident happens. Thank you. I am 30yo, never had a surgery, non smoker, if you can give me in case I need regular check up, and no regular check up .... thank you.
