Insurance for parents arriving on green card

My parents, father (62), mother (59) are coming to United States on Immigration Visa in Apr. I was planning ahead to make them ready to get insurance upon their arrival. I am sure that they will get their A# on their passport and soon they will get their Green Card. Also within 3 weeks they will get their Social Security. What options I have for them to get insuarce from the first day of thier coming. They are healthy and have not had any problems or surgeries. Please let me know.
