Thread: G-325a

    Default G-325a

I need information on the G-325a. I tried researching it, but it doesn't seem very clear. The form has 4 sheets... who fills out what on the sheets. Do I, the petitioner fill out my information on there when filing it with the I-129F? Or do I need to put my fiances information on the G-325A when filing it or do we need my fiances info on 1 sheet and my info on the other? I'm confused on this so any information on this will be much appreciated. Thanks so much!

Think of the G325a as one form with 3 carbon copies. There is tiny print showing different departments each copy is for. When you fill it out online, the other pages auto fill in for you. Print all four and sign each page.

Each of you fills out and signs a set. If you want to help your fiance by filling hers out, you can save it and email the file, but she will have to check that her info is complete and spelled correctly, then print and sign her 4 pages and send them by regular mail to you.

There is useful and organized information on this website. It is more useful than the forums. What you need to include in the I-129F petition is found here http://immihelp.com/visas/kvisa/fian...-petition.html

Everyone should click on the "Visas" tab, instead of the "Forums" tab and learn the basics. Scroll down the page to find the K1 fiance visa section, then click the link.

If you don't submit everything (including your 4 pages of G-325a signed and her 4 pages of G-325a signed by her) then they will send you a request of evidence which will stop your case until you send the right things.
