Visit visa B1/b2 , could you help me

hi,

my visa b1/b2 refused due to 214 b becouse my son born in usa last visit.

could you advise me if i have to mentioned in Ds 156 , questision 37 that my son USC but live with me here.


if the officer ask me next interview why your visa refused what i have to tell him ? due to 214 b or i have to tell him that becouse my son born there?

Q. 37 on the DS156 asks "Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship?"

A. YES because your son is a US citizen

Q. Why were you rejected the last time?

A. I took advantage of my earlier B2 visa to go to the US and have a baby. So the VO during my last interview felt that my ties to India and my motives to visit the US can no longer be trusted.
