Visa stamp is only for entering into US.
Actual stay is determined at port of entry, as per date in given I-94.

Default do i need to apply for visa again for my mother

Thanks for the reply. I understand that the actual stay is determined at the port of entry on I-94 form. But my concern was since her visa is expiring on July 19th and she is entering on july 15th( this is her first entry), only 4 days before her expiry date. Do you think this will have
adverse effect on the duration that she will be granted?
what do you suggest? DO you suggest us to re apply for visa again? But if it is not required I do not want to take risk of re applying. That is why Iam seeking for your opinion. Do you think even if she enters 4 days before her visa expires and the Immigration officer considers her for 4-6 months of stay and that it will not be considered over stying on visa when she applies for visa at consulate some other time. Then I would be comfortable to let her travel on july 15th.
    Thanks again for the advice.

Not a problem even if you enter one day before visa stamp expiration.
