HDFC Receipt Validity

Hi

We have got the HDFC receipt for my mom's visa interview.

Problem is that I got to know now that in my mom's passport there is a spelling mistake in her surname (hence will not match with my passport details as I am sponsoring her). Hence we have decided to apply for a name change and get the new passport done immediately (applying as Tatkaal). As we want her visa to be done ASAP.

I want to know can the same HDFC receipt be used to get an interview date for my mother one we get the new passport.

Please help me. It is urgent.
