Receipt** Finger Print**485 Approval**NSC

My Work and Home address in 485 application is in OH
My spouse's work and home address in CA
We got EAD

1) Can my spouse now relocate to OH. Will it create any trouble in approval process of 485. What happens in status if my spouse leaves the current job and does not do any job now.

2) My confusion is where shall we get the notice for finger print in case my spouse changes address.

3) How much time does it takes in NSC to get notice for finger print?

4) How much time does it takes to get final approval?
