A priest currently assigned to my Catholic Church, is here on a Visa (R1) which shows "M" under ENTRIES. Several of us would like to treat him to a cruise early next year. What travel restrictions, if any, apply under his Visa? For instance, can he go on a cruise to Hawaii, which would, at some point during its itinerary, stop at either a Mexican port or a Canadian port?
I would greatly appreciate any information you may be able to provide.

There is no problem. He can go on the cruise and enter back into the US.
