Hi,
My husband has gone to US on L1 Visa. I'm working for a company in India and I've planned to join my husband on L2 Visa. As to apply for L2 visa, I would need a NOC from my employer. I just browsed through internet for any specific standard format for NOC. Please confirm me whether it is something like :
To Whom it may concern:
This is to certiy that, <my-name> is a permanent employee of <the organisation/company> since <joining date>.
As she wants to visit her husband in the USA, she will be applying for her L2 visa. There is no objection from <the organisation/company> for <my name> applying US Visa and leaving abroad.
Please feel free to contact us if your office should require further information.
