H1b extension denied and I094 is already expired

Hi Gurus,

My H1 extension is denied on 06/05 and my I-94 expired on 06/02. I haven't received the notice from USCIS regarding the reason for denial.

The only option for me at this moment is to apply for cap exempt new H1b peition with premium processing and leave the country.

But I want suggestion from you as, I have my previous employer's H1 petition is still valid till 2011. But I am not sure whether I can join them since my present I-94 is already expired.

Please help me and let me know any other alternatives if possible.

You have to leave immediately. Period of illegal presence accumulates from I-94 date not denial date.
