I am about 9 months away from filing for my wife's removal of Temporary Conditional Residence to Permanent Residence Green Card. She came here on a K-1 visa and we were married last year. My question is which form do I use? I-795 or I-698?? I just want to start preparing.

Neither. The Form I-698 are for those adjusting under the Legalization program. There is no I-795. I believe your wife is a condtional resident, not a temporary resident (those are 2 different things). You would need to file a Form I-751.
