Hi,
My FBG(Family Based Green card - I-130) was filed on April 19th 2009. Please let me know hoe long it would take for the I-130 to be approved. Also, please let me know if I can apply for EAD while I - 130 is pending.

You could have filed everything all at once
you are now able to file for the I-130, I485(Adjustment of Status) and I765(EAD) all in one packet. Not sure why you did not do that.
So I doubt there is a problem in submitting the I765 while the I130 is pending.
