Sir/Madam,
My daughter is holding student visa and is currently studying in US for last 2 years.[ since Aug 2007]
I would like to ask few things which are as follows:
1. My name has been changed after my marriage [after my daughter left for US] [December 2007]
2. My daughter name was changed in her new passpost issued from Chicago [May 2008]
3. Now my daughter is holding 2 passports with old and new name.
4. My daughter is holding Visa in her old name.
5. There is still time for renewal of Visa.
6. My daughter is likely to visit India in November.
Is Visa interview is required in India again to get Visa in her new name.
We are holding all the proof of name change
