Default Have Greencard, want to bring my child.

I am a British Citizen and have a Greencard that is valid thru 2018, obtained by my 2nd marriage to a US citizen. The marriage recently broke up.
I have 2 of my three children here already, and they also have Greencards.

My youngest daughter(now 14) still lives in Britain, but now is old enough to choose to come live with me and she wants to come.

Since my soon to be Ex-wife will not sponser her, how I bring her to the USA?

"A child born abroad of legal permanent resident parents may enter the U.S. without a visa
provided the child is accompanied by a parent upon that parent's initial return to the U.S.
within two years of the child's birth with documentation showing the parent-child relationship."

Thanks, but I dont think that answers my question...
    What about the "following-to-join benefits"?

    Read http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/fa...-benefits.html
As you can see, you don't have that option available.

You will have to file family based petition for her, I-130, and that may take around 4 to 5 years. Details at http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/fa...-benefits.html

After you obtain citizenship, you can sponsor. I thought she was 14 months old not 14 years and provided the info earlier.

    Immihelp..
Please explain why I cant use the "following-to-join" method?
I cant see why I cant, but then this is not an area I understand!
Its frustrating, I have 2 of my 3 kids here and the only reason I didnt have her sponsered was because under British law a child cannot choose which parent they live with until 14 years old. The plan was to bring her later, but the breakup of the marriage was not on the horizon then.
I wanted her to start in High School here this year!
