F1 visa 221(g)?

My visa interview went well, they kept my passport and i20 but gave me this form to fill since i am a biotechnology student. They said the visa will be processed only after the form is filled and sent to the consulate email id.
Does this mean i am getting my visa or no? anyone with experience pls help me!
