My sister had sponsored my parents almost 4 years back and they got a 10 year VISA with that. They had been here a couple of times. Now during their third visit I am looking to apply for an extension.
The dilemna I have is can I apply for an extension or
Should my sister apply because she was the original sponsor?
Please let me know

Actually, neither you nor your sister is applying for extension. Your parents are applying for extension.
You or your sister are just sponsoring them. And anyone can sponsor at any time.Immihelp Support
