My suggestion would be to change your name as it is mentioned in your Birth certificate, Marriage certificate & other supporting documents.

My catagory is f3.. My brother age is 22 years n 2 months now. Our CSPA age is 22 years.if suppose my file will be opened in this year. I will get email from nvc. Then at that time my brother age will be like 22 years n 6 to 8 months i guess. The age different is only 6 to 8 months. So Can he get visa ? Help me pls

Regarding October Visa Bulletin

Hi,

This thread All F3s is almost sleeping.
According to my knowledge next visa bulletin for F3 worldwide will only advance one week. Because no one is getting interview letter. Only a person in Vietnam received interview letter whom PD is 21-11-2003. But hope for the best.

Yeah i think your right it just coz september is last month of fiscal year. Limited number of visa issue per fiscal year. And October is first month of fiscal year. As per my thinking it will move after october.

By the way, what date did you get your case complete e-mail? This will help me calculate and estimate when the rest of us might be expecting same, and interview letters.

Also, has anyone heard from Butter?

Where are you Butter and whats your status?

Well its a bit of good news for me now. We've just received our case complete e-mail.

Therefore expecting our interview notification letter by next month, for a projected interview date of late October or early November, since our PD has been current for a while now.

There's still no news as we are still waiting for our interview letter.

Hang on a sec, if your interview date is 08 sept 2014, then it means you have already had ur interview.

I would like all F3's to give their views and news on the pending executive action by pres Obama in Nov
My understanding is all unused visas are going to be used so around 8 lakh visas will be available immediately for EB and FB hence we can see our PD move very fast.
All F3'sYour inputs will be appreciated.
