I-130 now at NVC

I have a question. What should I do. I have my wifes kids (2 of them) at the NVC. when I applied i was over the poverty levels in the US. I hurt my back at work had Back surgery. On workers comp. which has put me below the 125% line for Affidavit of support. I am returning back to work on the 21st. will they use what I made or go buy what I have been making since the injury. If I do need a Joint sponsor I am not sure how to fill out the form for the sponsor. any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know they base your pay off of your last 3 tax returns. If you were over the 125% on those returns, you shouldn't have a problem. Your earnings for 2009 should not be considered because you won't file taxes until 2010.
