Hello,
I want to enter an American university but I am not the native speaker of English . I need to take the TOEFL exams, but I dont know where...could you recommend me something?...maybe some language courses or a university in the US...I prefer California...

I would suggest you to take proper guidance from some university's counselor. Get yourself registered for enquiry about the course. They will assist you via mail or call you back.

Precisely enquire about the university before enrollment else you may get trapped in fake university program. Be cautious while selecting the university.
