I had submitted my I 140 under NIW with my I 485 in Nov 2003. I just got my labor and am submitting a second I 140 as RIR. The I 140 thru NIW is taking much longer then thru RIR.
I am wondering if I need to resubmit the I 485 or will they take into consideration the new I 140 with the already applied I 485

You can not apply for 2 I485s .Call your attorney.
