Need someone to sponser green card

My husband is looking for some one who can sponsor greencard. His six year term of H1-B is going to expire on May 2011. He is a Tandem Base 24 Programmer and has 7 years of experience. We are looking for some company which will sponsor our GC immediately.
If anyone has any information please let me know as soon as possible

Hi,

I believe that there are still a lot of US companies which are willing to sponsor GC application. But the current economy is so bad, it is pretty hard to get the L C approved. It is because if the company could hire local US citizens for your position, then the LC process can't be proceeded.

I have a friend whose company received over 30 applicants for her position, then her L C process can't be proceeded at this time. Since her employer really wants to sponsor her GC, they recommended her to wait until next year or so....to proceed her L C.

This was only my friend's experience. Pls consult with your attorney for legal advice.
