Not received Passport yet F1 (no 221g)

Guys I have been told by the VO that my visa has been approved and u will get the passport in 5 days,
well its been 7 business days and is 11th day from the interviewed day and i have not received the passport yet and people interviewing after me has got before me now and I am still hanging waiting for the passport, I have been contacting the regional call centers provided in the vfs web site but unfortunately they have been telling me every people have different case and my passport is in administration process.

I do not understand I have not got 221g nor did she told me to wait for 15 days so guys help me please with whatever information you have got
