    H1 to F1 Change of status

    I finished masters in Dec 2007 and H1B started from Oct 2008 now I am on H1B status with current employer and I am looking to go for F1 status this Fall to do another masters. am I cap-exempt for next H1 and can I jump
    back to H1 if I find any job during the study. Thanks in advance.
