Hi I am working in USA with employer A and i have my H1B visa valid till August 2010. I got an offer from company B in India and i would like to move back. Can i transfer my H1B from employer A to Employer B after i join the company B in India or Should i apply for H1B transfer before i leave USA?
I got my H1B in Oct 2007. Even if i apply for new H1B from my new employer B, I am cap exempt. In this case what is the difference between H1B transfer ( in India) and applying for new H1B from employer B?

As long as you have time left from your 6 years, a new employer can petition for a H1b for you.

Difference between H1B Visa transfer and New H1B.
Thanks for your reply. In this case, is there any difference between visa transfer to employer B or a new H1B from employer B.
