Any one know how to file EOIR-29? Where to send? The address from the instruction of EOIR-29 says Pay/Send to "Department of Homeland Security ""Do not send to Board of Immigration directly". But the denial letter said to appeal to Board of Immigration. The EOIR manual says to pay to Department of Justice and mail to Board of Immigration. Anyo one has ever filed, Please advise.
