This is a community forum and everyone is supposed to help everyone else. However, the problem is that everyone wants to post questions, get the answer and run away.

Someone has to reply to the questions as well. And that would be the same kind of people who would post the questions.

If everyone just posts the questions, who would answer them? What exactly do you expect, we hire bunch of lawyers who would answer people's questions all day for free? And who is going to pay them?

It is you who need to help others and then expect others to help you.

I didn't mean to upset you. I am not saying anything about my question. I saw so many of them have not received answers. I just had a doubt, that's all. Also, I didn't know how this forum works. It was a misunderstanding on my part. Now I know. But I feel your answer was a bit rude.
