    Question N 400 - additional documents

    Hi friends,

I have a question. When sending N 400 form based on marriage to my husband, US citizen do we have to send documentation for the last 3 years of marriage or just for last year? I do have a permanent GC so last year we already submitted some documents under our both names.

    Thank you

nufka-Submit as much evidence for the last three years as possible. The more the better. That way there don't delay your case needing more evidence. Good luck. Poisontee
