H1B transfer help needed-Urgent

I am currently on a H1 B with company A and have found a new job with Company B. Company B is filing my H1b transfer. After my transfer is approved, can Company A change my full time H1 B into a part time H1 B visa , and will they be aware of my transfer, if they apply for a change to a part time H1 visa.

I intend to work with company B in India and remotely for Company A till I join Company B in US

I would appreciate your thoughts.

If you are not rendering the services inside the US on US soil, H1b conversion to part time is irrelevant as you do not hold a "status" if you are outside the US.
