Default L1B expiring in Feb 2010

    Dear Senior members,

My( and my wifes') visa expiring in Feb 2010. My wife travelling to India Sep 1st. I am planning to join her in November 3rd week and we are planning to return in December 2nd week.

My question is do you guys see any problem at entry port while we entering United states in 2nd week of December??

My comapny is ready to apply for extension. When I told them about my problem, they said there is no problem if we return in december and they will work on my extension after we get back.

So now question is - Is it really going to be OK, at entry port of USA??

My second question is, I heard that many L1's and H1's extension applications are getting denied. Is that really true?

    Regards,
    pavan.

No problem. When you return you'll get the I-94 until your visa/petition expiration date.
