    Question K1 Fiancee-Notice of Action

I have received a Notice of Action letter, wanted more evidence. I haven't seen my fiance for almost 3yrs now due to moving to a new state and new job and medical issues and plus securities issues to where my fiance is living. I have send all of this letters and copies of everything else that asked me.
What are my changes? Can someone answer me this?

Default Do they have actual photos of the both of you

from when you were together in the past? I had to submit passpost photos and also passport photos of my fiance as well. I'm not sure, but I think in the beginning I read somewhere that you have had to see each other at least once in the last two years........but maybe someone here would know. Maybe it's that you have had to at least within 2 years..maybe it's ok if it's been longer.

    Default question

can I ask why you haven't applied until now? DO a google search...but I'm thinking that you have had to see each other within the last 2 years, and you need to show them proof of that, but I could be wrong.

Francksgirl you are correct, in order to apply for K-1 visa you have to see your fiance within two years.
