I stayed 6 days illeally in U.S. So CIS asked me to go to India and get stamped.
Is there any chance to reject my visa? Now I got H1B approval notice frm CIS. Please give me an advice

If you do not leave immediately, the chances of rejection are high. You should leave immediately and not continue to accumulate illegal stay staying here.
