L2 to H1

Hi All,

My wife has been working on an L2 EAD with a company for a year now.They applied for H1 with COS this year and her H1 petition was approved. As far as I know, her status will automatically change to H1 starting October 2009.
My question is this: Can she join another company and transfer her H1? Is it necessary to show 3 paystubs in H1 before she can transfer to a different employer?Or the current pay stubs, while on L2 EAD is sufficient?Please advise.
