I-130 with concurrent I-485 & I-765 Filing

Hi, I have my AOS package(I-130, I-485 & I-765) ready to go, except my Birth Certificate.

Do you think I should go ahead and send the I-130 seperately right away and send the I-485 & I-765 later (Once I get the BC) ?

Or is it better to wait until the BC arrives (Maybe a week or 2) and then file I-130, I-485 & I-765 concurrently ?

The answer is your personal preference. there is no right or wrong, better or worse answer. Also, this question is addressed in multiple posts on the forum.

Hi,

I had the same scenario happen to me and my lawyer said to wait until I got my birth certificate then send everything in. I had to wait an additional 2 weeks, but in the end it was worth it because the process went so fast.

So wait :-)
