hi How Are you iwas in my interview for Citizenship in septmbet 1 2009 ,,, and i passed the test ..

and they denied my citizenship application ......n400

the reason they denied my application ..... they not belive we are married before 6 years Ago...

the officer ask me about some kids my wife add thim in her tax AND itell the officer idont remmber that happend in 2005 .. the officer told me that mean u and ur wife u are not married ...



now iam going too Hearing interview for Citizenship ... ihave with me alot proves we are married .. and ihave home in our name for 5 years and ihave bank account,, and ihave crdit and ihave alot stuff


my question ... what kind off evidence ineed too take with me in day hearing???

too prove my wife she is my wife??

I thought some Sr.member had answered this question or similar in one of the recent threads.

Anyway, Basically officer has doubt about your marriage because you didn't answer about the kid that your wife showed as dependent in 2005 tax filing. I think you would want to carry that Tax filing papers with you along with Marriage certification & other documents. Also get all the details from your wife about that kid's inclusion in 2005 tax filing.

But DONOT just go by mine of anybody's suggestions here on the forum, because your case is bit complicated for any members on this forum to answer. So, contact a attorney, he would guide you the right solution.
