How long should I wait before sending in I-130

i am a US citizen. my mother visited us on tourist visa recently and left a couple of days back. now I want to file for her greencard. how long should I wait before sending in her I-130 form to USCIS?

airline removed the I-94 from her passport while exiting united states.

i am not sure how many days does cathay pacific and other airlines take to send I-94 back to USCIS for registering her departure. i want to make sure that her departure as a tourist is recorded and thus does not interfere with her greencard approval process.

thus, how long should I wait before sending in her I-130 form to USCIS?
