OCI application question.

Hi,
I began the process of applying for OCI for me and my family. Completed the Part A online and printed out the forms. I haven't submitted the forms yet but I need to travel to India in Jan of next year and feel that if I apply now, it might be cutting it too fine. Can I hold on to the same forms (with the same USA*** numbers) and apply using the same in Feb of next year? Or will these forms 'expire' and I will need to start from scratch? I'm ok with starting from scratch but need to know if there will be issues if the current application number does not 'expire'.

You could use the same forms.

However, it is no big deal to just apply fresh at that time, just to avoid any potential trouble.
