So i have applied for I130 and my case jumped from INTIAL REVIEW to Post-Decision Activity is this a normal process because it skiped Testing and Interview and 2 other steps???
I130 form for brother or sister
My case was accepted in September 2004

The new USCIS website to check the status of a case is not great. I have seen other forums and been advised that the best is to check for any mails from USCIS as the site is not reliable.
