Student travel insurance

Please find attached a quote generated for my client.

Please clarify on following.

Client is on student visa and is staying at USA with a insurance policy from India ( since last two years without any claim ) which will expire on 12th August 2009.

1.Can IMG policy as per attached quotes can be given ?

2.are there any provision to reduce premium due to continuous coverage for TWO years ?

3.Can total premium be reduced without changing insurance cover ?

I will be leaving for India on 18th July-09 and before I leave - I want to finalise this insurance.
