h1b denial

My h1b got denial notice with final decision. Will my employer the get the fee returned from USCIS except the Filling Fee. Do let me know? Since he is saying that next time he can't refill, that USCIS took the fee already. But i have read somewhere in the forum stating that only basic filling fee will not be return. Correct me if I am wrong. Thx for your advice guys

The fee that they charge is not an approval fee. It is called as processing fee. They have processed your case and decided to deny the approval for some reason. So you won't get any refund. The only case when they will refund is if your application is not picked up by the lottery system.
