My son and I are travelling on Australian passports, under the visa
waiver program. Our 90 days expires on 10 Dec, however our return
flight to Australia is now on 14 Dec, ex JFK. Are we able to leave
the US for Canada on 10 Dec and transit back through JFK on 14 Dec,
with a destination of Australia?
