Hello,
My wife has H4 - H1 - H4 visas (797s) with H1 stamping on her passport. She has now H4 approved until 2013. Can she go to Tijuana to get H4 stamping? I heard that we can only get stamping in Mexico for renewal of old stamped visa, not for new visa as in her case she is converting from H1 to H4. Please advise.
