EAD (I-765) with Change of Status

Hi,
I am actually e-filing the Change of Status (from H1 to L2) form I-539.
When I am doing this it is also giving an option of to submit the form I-765 (EAD application).
So my doubt is whether can I submit the EAD also along with COS to L2 without having the approved L2.

You can submit the application, if they approve L2 status, they will approve EAD together. Nothing whatsoever stops you from submitting any application to USCIS in any case.
