Please help-I130 Approved

HI,
I got approved my i-130 petition for (unmarried over 21). I also got H1 visa but my visa-application is under 'Administrative Processing', which hopefully i get approved by end of this month. The notice which INS sent having the priority date under present cut-off date, so visa number is available to me.
Kindly guide what should i do? Either to cancel out H1 and wait for consular processing of Green Card Or think abt AOS?
