Hi
I am on a L1A Visa and I plan to take 25 business days(5 weeks) vacation (paid+unpaid), does this cause any issue related to taxation? I willbe travelling to India for vacation and will also renew my Visa during that period.
I was told by my company that there will be taxation issues if we go out of the country for so many days.

No issues.
You always pay tax on what you get(income) in US.
Vacation days is just between you and company.
